This program is designed for rising seniors to help maintain their lacrosse skills and IQ, as well as maintain their training volume so they head into their upcoming season well-conditioned, healthy and confident. This two hour program consists of 45 minutes of player-focused speed, conditioning & agility training by Coach Matt Boyd, followed by 75 minutes of lacrosse skill development
When: Weekly sessions held on Sunday's starting August 30th (there will not be sessions Sept 6 or Oct 11) from 10am-12pm. Sessions will end October 25th.
In addition to weekly sessions, players will have the opportunity to participate in tournaments at Georgetown & Hopkins (additional fee & registration required) as well as participate in the NXT Next Level Senior Game November 22-24 (additional costs & registration required.)
Age groups: Grad Year 2021 (registration is capped at 40 players)
